USER LICENSE AGREEMENTFOR SMS

:-End-UserLicense Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you(either an individual or a single entity) and Abraca-Dabra Software Solution
for the Abraca-Dabra Software Solution SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM identified above which may include associated software components,media,printedmaterials, and online or electronic documentation.
By installing ,copying ,or otherwise using the SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA
. This license agreement represents the entire agreement concerning the program between you and Abraca-Dabra Software Solution (referredtoaslicenser) ,and itsupersedes any priorproposal, representation, or understanding between the parties.If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
The SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is protected b ycopy right laws and international copy right treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.The SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is licensed ,not sold.
1.GRAN TO FLICENSE. The SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is licensed as follows:
(a) Installation and Use. Abraca-Dabra Software Solution grants you the right to install and use copies of the SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM on your mobile running a validly licensed copy of the android operating system for which the SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM was designed [android OS4.0 and above].
(b)Backup Copies.You may also make copies of the SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes
.2.DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
.(a) Maintenance of Copyright Notices. You must not remove or alter any copy right notices on any and all copies of the SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
(b) Distribution. You may not distribute registered copies of the SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM to third parties .Evaluation versions available for download from website of Abraca-Dabra Software Solution And android market may be freely distributed
.(c)Prohibitionon Reverse Engineering ,Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer,decompile,or disassemble the SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law not with standing this limitation.
(d)Rental. Youmaynot rent,lease,or lend the SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
(e) SupportServices.Abraca-Dabra Software Solution may provide you with support services related to the SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (SupportServices). Any supplemental software code provided to you as part of the Support Services shall be considered part of the SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM and subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
(f) Compliance with Applicable Laws.You must comply with all applicable laws regarding use of the SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
(g) SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM uses Rajawali -0.9 Open Source graphics library.
3.TERMINATION With out prejudice to any otherrights, Abraca-Dabra Software Solution may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM in your possession.
4.PERMISSIONS Android Application uses following permissions from the hardware device on which it is installed.

c)GET_ACCOUNTS
d)WAKE_LOCK
e)BILLING
f)READ_GSERVICES
g)ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION
h)ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION

j)WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
k)NFC
l)VIBRATE
m)SEND_SMS
5.COPY RIGHT All title, including but not limited to copyrights ,in and to the SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM and any copies there of are owned by Abraca-Dabra Software Solution or its suppliers. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may beaccessed through use of the SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is the property of therespective content owner and may be protected by applicable copy right or other intellectual property law sand treaties.
This EULA grants you no rights to use such content.All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Abraca-Dabra Software Solution
6.NO WARRANTIES Abraca-Dabra Software Solution expressly disclaims any warranty for the SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.The SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is provided' AsIs' without any express or implied warranty of any kind,including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, noninfringement, or fitness of a particular purpose .Abraca-Dabra Software Solution does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information,text,graphics,links or other items contained within the SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. Abraca-Dabra Software Solution makes no warranties respecting any harm that may be caused by the transmission of a computer virus,worm,timebomb,logicbomb,or other such computer program. Abraca-Dabra Software Solution furth erexpressly disclaims any warranty or representation to Authorized Users or to any third party.
7.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Innoevent shall Abraca-Dabra Software Solution beliable for any damages (including,without limitation,lost profits,business interruption,or lost information)rising out of' Authorized Users' use of orinability to use the SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM,even if Abraca-Dabra Software Solution has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Innoevent will Abraca-DabraSoftware Solution be liable for loss of data or for indirect, special, incidental, consequential (including lost profit),or other damages based in contract,to rtor otherwise .Abraca-Dabra Software Solutions hall have no liability with respect to the content of the SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM or any part there of, including but not limited to errors or omissions contained there in,libel ,infringement so frights of publicity,privacy,trade markrights,business interruption,personal injury, loss of privacy, moralrights or the disclosure of confidential information.
